Strawberry Bread

Ingredients:

• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1 ^1 1//₂ cups sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 eggs
• 1 ^1 1//₄ cups oil
• 1 ^1 1//₄  cups nuts (optional)
• 20 oz. strawberries, chopped

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350^o
• Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl
• Add the eggs, oil, nuts (if using), and strawberries
• Separate batter into 2 large or 3 small loaf pans
• Bake for 1 hour
