Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg (1 oz) Hidden Valley Ranch Original Dressing mix
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 jar (4 oz) diced pimento
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives

Instructions

Mix first 3 ingredients. Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels. Mix all ingredients together and spread on tortillas. Roll tortillas and wrap in Saran wrap. Chill at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into one inch pieces. Discard ends. Makes 2 dozen.
