Instant pot generic chicken

I use this for shredded chicken to use in other recipes 1-2 lbs chicken breast 1 cup of water Salt & pepper Pressure cook on high for: 
 10 minutes for 1" thick pieces 12 minutes for 1.5" thick pieces 15 minutes for 2" thick pieces 
 Natural release for 10 minutes then quick release
