Strawberry Bread

Ingredients: 
 
 3 cups flour 
 1 tsp baking powder 
 3 tsp cinnamon 
 1  1 / 2 cups sugar 
 1 tsp salt 
 4 eggs 
 1  1 / 4 cups oil 
 1  1 / 4  cups nuts (optional) 
 20 oz. strawberries, chopped 
 
 Instructions: 
 
 Preheat oven to 350 o 
 Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl 
 Add the eggs, oil, nuts (if using), and strawberries 
 Separate batter into 2 large or 3 small loaf pans 
 Bake for 1 hour
